Why we feel tired all the time ?

A few of my friends were complaining they feel tired all the time. They told me they are so tired and they are afraid they may have health problem. One of the strategies to make our life easier and our brain smarter is to sleep more instead of watching TV. Some people may think watching TV is a way of helping you to relax. Yes, true, when your brain is still running strong, then you need TV to help you to slow down, but if you are tired already, the best way is to lay down in bed and close your eyes, and just let yourself relax. And in most cases, you fall asleep right at the spot.

Besides getting enough sleep, what are you eating most of the time? I guess my stomach really restricted me from eating junk, so I have to eat very basic stuff. I guess most of you know I have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Lately, I am using a smart protein diet, and that is getting your protein from fish and chicken. Then feed yourself more vegetables, such as spinach and tomatoes. Occasionally, treat yourself some ice-cream otherwise your diet will be really dry. I think banana is really good too, and I just found out there is a juice which I called it "brain juice" and that is "Pomegranate Blueberry" by Minute Maid. This juice consists of OMEGA-3/DHA, so its really good for our brain.

So next time, when you stopby supermarket, make sure you get your brain juice.
