After working for so many years, I finally understand why having experience and knowledge are essential for higher position. Many managers and directors really have no clues how to hire and how to make things "really" work. Either people are too focus on one piece of information or miss the whole picture. Some people really think too much and truly do not know what are the clean cut steps. I can see the difference having an MBA than not having it which makes a huge different when it comes to creating new ideas and procedures. The thinking process that we developed through learning and getting our degrees determine whether we can be a sharp management candidate or not.
Not too many people at the top management can really achieve that mind set like a MBA does. Having a degree or not is not important, but going through the thinking process
is the key of success.
