Open Mind

Recently, I realize many people are talking about being open-minded, and a lot of people they think they have an open-mind because they aware of the importance of being open-mind. Are their mind really OPEN?

How do we determine what is open-minded? We accept different races, nationalities, sexual preference, and age group? Or we accept people as who they are? I believe everyone of us have certain degree of open-mind, but how far that we need to open our mind? I am a stubborn person, I can be very open but it is very difficult to change my believes and values. I admire people they are open with different ideas and thoughts. I am lucky that most of my buddies are very open-minded. We talk, we argue, and we share compliments. We respect each other differences, and we accept constructive opinions.

I do not mind people being close-minded. I think that's the beauty of being close-minded. I appreciate people they learn to grow and open their mind as well as think outside of the box. This is the power of our brain, and the beauty of our mind.

As a doctoral learner, the more knowledge that I have, I admire God even more. I could not believe and hardly imagine how he creates our mind. He is a great engineer who makes every brain is so unique in different ways.
